Drone photography is included in our PRO package and ROCKSTAR package. If you only need drone photography, it can be booked as a standalone service.

This will result in an on-site reschedule (rescheduling fee will apply).

There are no fees for cancellations made 24 hours before the service session. A cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be charged if there is a cancellation within an hour or less from the scheduled service hour.

Yes, we are happy to reschedule at no charge if the call is made at least 1 hour before the shoot. 3 weather reschedules max.

Yes, as long as you let us know beforehand which amenities you would like us to include.

No, the property should be in shoot ready condition when the photographer arrives on site. We do our best to keep an eye out for out of place items and will at times be able to make small adjustments, but for best results we require that the property is in shoot ready condition by the time we arrive.

Standard Photography is wide angle coverage of the property/home. We cover mainly every area of the house, except for small closets and rooms undesired by the client. We do not typically shoot garages unless specifically requested by our client.

For the PRO and ROCKSTAR packages, we do not limit the number of photos delivered based on square footage. We capture what our experience has taught us the home needs. We exclude photos that we believe do not add value to the listing, such as small closets, toilet rooms, and dirty garages. However, if our client requests a small closet to be photographed, we will capture it. For the Starter Package, we will deliver 30 high-resolution MLS photos.

Yes and No. If absolutely necessary, the home can be occupied but the quality of the final product is negatively affected by this. The optimal setting for us to produce high quality media is to shoot with the most limited number of occupants possible (Ideally 0). In the case of workers, contractors, etc, we will not shoot the spaces if there are people working there unless they clear the rooms or areas by the time we get to that section of the home.

Yes, but only if the photographer’s current schedule allows for the extra time on site and only if the client is able to get on our booking page immediately and book the add-on services.
